Approved files sent in every format you need — with free edits if anything needs tuning.

// why it matters

High-pile fabrics like towelling, fleece and sherpa swallow embroidery.

Without a knock-down stitch to flatten the pile and a strong underlay grid, loops push through the design and the logo looks fuzzy and broken. Sleeves and gloves bring a different problem: tiny sewing fields and tubular hooping that limit design size and placement.

Every File Format You Need

For pile fabrics we build knock-down borders and layered underlay so the design sits on top of the pile rather than sinking into it. For sleeves, gloves and small tubular items we size and sequence designs to fit narrow frames while keeping the logo legible. Tell us the item and we will build the file specifically for it.

// questions

Towel & Sleeve Digitizing — Answered

Why does my logo sink into a towel?

Terry pile pushes up through the stitching. A knock-down border plus stronger underlay flattens the pile first so the design sits cleanly on top.

Can you digitize for sleeves and gloves?

Yes — we size and sequence designs to fit narrow tubular frames while keeping the logo readable at small scale.

Does fleece need different digitizing than towel?

Both need pile management, but fleece needs less knock-down and different density. We adjust for the exact fabric you name.

What information do you need from me?

Just the item, the fabric and your machine format. That is enough for us to build the file correctly the first time.
