Small letter and micro-text digitizing that stays readable — clean fine lettering down to 3mm without thread breaks or fill-in.
A transparent four-stage process — you approve before anything reaches a machine.
Upload any file — AI, EPS, PDF, PNG, JPG or even a photo of a sketch.
A human digitizer builds the file for your fabric, size and machine — never auto-converted.
You receive a stitch-out preview plus the colour sequence and stitch count.
Approved files sent in every format you need — with free edits if anything needs tuning.
Below about 5mm, standard satin settings close the counters of letters like a, e and o, and dense stitching in a tight column causes thread breaks and needle deflection. Getting small text right is a matter of column width, density, pull compensation and pathing — not software settings.

We reshape letterforms for stitch rather than reproducing the font exactly: strokes are slightly opened, counters are protected, and column widths are held above the minimum that thread can carry. We will also tell you honestly when text is simply too small for embroidery and recommend woven, printed or DTF reproduction instead.
Start Your FileWith 60wt thread and careful digitizing, around 3mm letter height is achievable. Below that, thread simply cannot form readable letterforms.
Standard satin density closes the open spaces inside letters like a, e and o. We reshape letterforms and reduce density so those counters stay open.
For text under about 4mm we recommend 60wt thread. Standard 40wt works from roughly 4–5mm upwards.
We will tell you honestly and recommend woven, sublimated or DTF patches instead, which reproduce very fine text cleanly.
