Raised 3D puff embroidery digitizing — foam-ready stitch files with clean capped edges and no foam peeking through.
A transparent four-stage process — you approve before anything reaches a machine.
Upload any file — AI, EPS, PDF, PNG, JPG or even a photo of a sketch.
A human digitizer builds the file for your fabric, size and machine — never auto-converted.
You receive a stitch-out preview plus the colour sequence and stitch count.
Approved files sent in every format you need — with free edits if anything needs tuning.
It only works when the file is digitized for it: satin columns need wider stitch widths, the outline must fully cap the foam edge, and the sequence has to cut and trap the foam cleanly so nothing shows around the finished letters.

We build travel and tie-off points so foam tears away neatly after stitching, keep column widths inside the range that holds height without collapsing, and flag any element that will not survive in puff — recommending a flat or mixed flat-and-puff treatment instead. The result is crisp, sharp raised embroidery, especially on cap fronts and bold lettering.
Start Your FileEmbroidery foam is laid on the garment, stitched over, then the excess is torn away — leaving a raised, sculpted design. It is hugely popular on cap fronts.
Bold letters, thick outlines and simple shapes. Fine detail, small text and thin lines collapse in foam — we usually digitize those elements flat alongside the puff areas.
The outline is not fully capping the foam edge. We digitize with proper capping stitches and correct column widths so the foam is completely enclosed.
Yes — a mixed design with a puff wordmark and flat detail elements is one of the most popular cap treatments.
